What is the difference between a blog and a wiki

a blog is a internet journal someone post their opinion to. A wiki is a website that allows visitors to add, remove, edit and change content, typically without the need for registration.

Did you notice that usually a blog is more individual with only one person editing where wikis allow for more collaboration?
